BronchialHyperreactivity in Adolescents and its Relation to Selected Parameters
Bronchiální hyperreaktivitau dospívající mládeže a jejívztah k vybraným parametrům
Autoři vyšetřili nespecifickým bronchoprovokačním testem bronchiální reaktivitu u 247 dětíprůměrného věku 15,8 roku.Bronchiální hyperreaktivitu (BHR) prokázali u 16,5 % souboru. Statisticky významně častějibyla zjištěna u atopiků. Pokud byla atopie spojena s klinickými projevy, procento bronchiálníchhyperreaktorů stoupla na 30 %. U testovaných astmatiků sledovaného souboru (ať již atopic-kých, nebo neatopických) byla BHR prokázána v 77,8 %. Nejvýznamnějším predikčním anam-nestickým faktorem se pro možnou BHR zdá být údaj o sportovní inaktivitě v kombinacis dušností. U takto vypovídajících dětí byla BHR prokázána v 50 %.

The authors examined, using the non-specific bronchoprovocation test, the bronchial reactivityin 247 children, average ate 15.8 years.Bronchial hyperreactivity (BHR) was found in 16.5% of the group. It was found significantlymore frequently in atopic subjects. If the atopy was associated with clinical manifestations, thepercentage of bronchial hyperreactors increased to 30%. In the tested asthmatic subjects of theinvestigated group (atopic or non-atopic) BHR was recorded of the investigated group (atopicor non-atopic) BHR was recorded in 77.8%. The most important predictive anamnestic factorfor possible BHR seem to be data on sports inactivity combined with dyspnoea. In these childrenBHR was present in 50.0%.
