Role očních pohybů v diagnózespecifických vývojových dyslexií

Tato problematika je v centru pozornosti již více než sto let. Autoři se věnují rozdělení očníchpohybů na sakády a na pauzy - fixace, dále charakteristice sakadického sytému z hlediskafyziologického a pak otázce poruch oční hybnosti a nálezů u dyslexií. Zabývají se okulomotorickýmiporuchami, okohybnou apraxií, fixačním nystagmem, poruchou fixace aj. U částidyslektiků hraje okulomotorická abnormalita značnou roli, a proto autoři zdůrazňují významprovedení okulomotorického vyšetření u dětí se specifickou vývojovou dyslexií.

Overview

This problem has been in the focus of attention for more than 100 years. The authors discussthe classification of ocular movements into saccades and pauses - fixations, as well as thecharacteristic of the saccadic system from the physiological aspect and the problems of impairedocular movements and findings in dyslexia. They discuss oculomotor disorders, oculomotordyspraxia, fixation nystagmus, impaired fixation etc. In some of the dyslectic subjects theoculomotor abnormality plays an important part and therefore the authors stress the importanceof oculomotor examination in children with specific developmental dyslexia.
