Opioids in the Treatment of Rheumatic Diseases
Opioidy v léčběrevmatických chorob
Tlumení bolesti stojí v popředí terapeutického revmatologického programu, ať již jde o bolestiakutní, nebo chronické. Svoje místo si v léčbě získaly tzv. semiopioidy (tramal, dihydrokodein),opioidy typu morfinu a jemu blízkých látek by neměly mít v léčbě revmatické bolesti místo.

Suppression of pain is in the foreground of the therapeutic rheumatological programme,regardless whether acute or chronic pain is involved. A certain position was acquired intreatment by so-called semiopioids (tramal, dihydrocodeine). Opioids of the morphine type andassociated substances should not be used in the treatment of rheumatic pain.
