Živí dárci ledvinv dlouhodobém sledování

V letech 1966-1999 se provedla jednostranná nefrektomie (Nx) u 95 živých dárců k příbuzenskénebo emotivně spřízněné transplantaci. Průměrný věk byl 48,7 ± 7,8 roku (26-69 let) a průměrnádoba sledování činila 7,1 ± 7,5 roku (2 měsíce - 31 let).Retrospektivně jsme zhodnotili renálnífunkce (SKr, Ckr, proteinurii) a krevní tlak (TK) před odběrem ledviny, ve 2., 6., 12. měsíci poNx a dále při kontrolách v ročních intervalech. In 1966-1999 unilateral nephrectomy (Nx) was performed in 95 live donors for transplantationto relatives or friends. The mean age was 48.7 ± 7.8 years (26-69) and the mean follow-up periodwas 7.1 ± 7.5 years (2 months-31 years).
