Spazmolytika a jejich úloha v digestivní endoskopii
Práce přináší shrnutí vlastních zkušeností s užitím spazmolytik v digestivní endoskopii. Autor doporučuje jako univerzální spazmolytikum preparát s mohutným a krátkodobým čistě spaz- molytickým účinkem. Těmto kritériím nejlépe vyhovuje butylbromid scopolaminu (Buscopan).

The author summarises his own experience with the use of spasmolytics in digestive endoscopy. He recommends a universal spasmolytic preparation with a potent short-term, purely spasmo- lytic effect. These criteria are best met by scopolamine butyl bromide (Buscopan).
