Lymeská borelióza: možnosti a meze interpretace sérologických nálezů
Autoři podávají základní informace o možnostech průkazu antiboreliových protilátek a součas- ně o podmínkách jejich interpretace. Těžiště současné diagnostiky je především v metodách nepřímých, využívajících specifické antigeny. Autoři zdůrazňují naléhavost potřeby komplex- ního přístupu při stanovení lymeské boreliózy.

Contemporary diagnostics focus in particular on indirect methods using specific antigens. The authors emphasize above all the need of a comprehensive approach to the assessment of Lyme borreliosis.
