TUR syndrom – kazuistiky

Autori na príkladu trí kazuistik demonstrují jednu z nejzávaznejších komplikací transuretrální resekce prostaty – TUR syndrom, který muze probíhats ruzne vyznacenou klinickou symptomatologií, od inaparentního prubehu jen se zmenami laboratorních hodnot, az po zivot ohrozující stav. Zamerujíse na popsání klinických príznaku a zmen vnitrního prostredí. Dulezité je vcasné rozpoznání pocínajícího TUR syndromu a vcasné zahájení adekvátníterapie. Soucasne autori upozornují na omezené moznosti prevence.

Overview

The authors present three case reports of TUR syndrome. It is one of the severe complications of transurethral resection of the prostate. Its clinicalcourse can be different – from only biochemical changes to the life-threatening situation. They describe clinical symptoms and the biochemical changes.The early diagnosis and adequate therapy are the most important measures. The authors also mention limited possibilities for the prevention of thissyndrome.
