Komplikace transplantací alogenních krvetvorných buněk vyžadujícíintenzivní péči

Cílem transplantací alogeních krvetvorných bunek, at uz z kostní drene ci získaných po mobilizaci z periferní krve, je znicit zbytkovou nemoc. Tutolécebnou metodu provází relativne vysoká mortalita. Komplikacemi jsou: syndrom endoteliálního poškození, reakce štepu proti hostiteli, infekcníkomplikace. Autori podrobne popisují rozsah jednotlivých komplikací.

The aim allogenic haematopoietic cells transplantation from bone marrow as well as peripheral blood is to destroy residual disease. This therapeuticmodality is associated with high mortality. The complications include endothelial damage syndrome, graft versus host reaction and infectiouscomplications. The authors describe all the complications in detail.
