Patient with ARDS and Haematologic Malignity – a Case Report
Pacientka s ARDS a hematoonkologickým onemocněním – kazuistika
Na ARO byla prijata 58letá zena pro bronchopneumonii s akutním respiracním selháním. Plicní postizení svým charakterem splnovalo kritéria proARDS. Po stabilizaci stavu bylo dodatecne diagnostikováno základní onemocnení – mnohocetný myelom. Kazuistika je príspevkem k problematicepacientu s hematologickou malignitou v prostredí intenzivní medicíny.

58-year-old woman was admitted to the ICU due to acute respiratory failure caused by bronchopneumonia. Lung injury fulfilled ARDS criteria.After patient stabilization the haematologic malignity (multiple myeloma) was diagnosed. The presented case report is the contribution to the discussionof intensive care problems in patients with haematologic malignity.
