Hematoonkologický pacient v sepsi a multiorgánovém selhání*
Sepse s multiorgánovým poškozením je u hematoonkologických nemocných spojena s vysokou úmrtností. Je to dáno specifikou základního onemoc-nenía výraznou poruchou obranyschopnosti organismu jako následku agresivní lécby. V predkládaném sdelení se autori snazí pojmenovat hlavníproblémy této skupiny nemocných a diskutovat o moznostech jejich lécby.

Sepsis with multiorgan failure in patients with haematologic malignity is associated with high mortality. It is caused by the specific basic diseaseand marked decrease in the function of the immune system induced by the aggressive therapy. The authors try to describe principal problems andtherapeutic possibilities.
