Kouření a kůže
Následky tohoto nejrozšířenějšího návyku užívání tabáku jako nejčastější drogy jsou obrovské, jak pro zdraví, tak pro své ekonomické dopady na společnost. Často lidé paradoxně spíše slyší více na argumenty postihující jejich vzhled, než na hrozbu rakoviny nebo infarktu. To je možné využít pro prevenci. Přímých vlivů na postižení kůže při kouření je celá řada. Jsou to zejména předčasné stárnutí obličeje, žluté zbarvení nehtů, prstů, zubů, kosmetické změny, prekancerózy sliznic a rtů, zhoršení hojení ran, popáleniny, inverzní akne, psoriáza a nejvíce palmoplantární pustulóza.

Overview
The consequences of the widely spread habit of tobacco use are immense, both for health and for its socioeconomic impact. People are often paradoxically more prone to arguments regarding their appearance than the threat of cancer or myocardial infarction. This may be employed for prevention. There are numerous direct influences of smoking on the skin such as: premature skin aging, yellow staining of the nails, fingers and teeth, cosmetic changes, mucous and lip precanceroses, worsening of wound healing, burns, acne inverse, psoriasis, and especially palmoplantar pustulosis.
