Febrile Conditions Caused by Hantaviruses
Febrilní stavy způsobené hantaviry
V našem sdělení předkládáme souhrnné informace o nákazách vyvolaných hantaviry, které jsou v současné době řazeny do skupiny nákaz označovaných jako „nové a znovu se objevující infekční nemoci". Jsou zde přehledně uvedeny klinické projevy, specifická diagnostika a možnosti léčby. V České republice není výskyt hantavirových onemocnění znepokojující, ale vzhledem k závažnosti některých forem onemocnění a možnosti importu je nezbytné těmto nákazám věnovat pozornost. Na území naší republiky cirkulují pravděpodobně jen takové sérotypy hantavirů, které vyvolávají lehkou formu onemocnění označovanou jako nephropathia epidemica. Uvádíme také vlastní výsledky sérologického šetření hantavirových protilátek.

The authors submit a review on infections caused by hantaviruses which are at present classified as „new and re-appearing infections diseases". The authors describe the clinical manifestations, specific diagnosis and possible treatment. In the Czech Republic the incidence of hantaviruses is not alarming but with regard to the serious character of some forms of the disease and possible import it is essential to pay attention to these infections. On the territory of our Republic circulate probably only serotypes of hantaviruses which cause a mild form of the disease described as nephropathia epidemica. The authors present also their own results of serological investigations of hantavirus antibodies.
