Spolupráce endoskopisty a chirurga u pacientů s karcinomem tračníku v podmínkách FN v Motole
Zhoubné tumory tračníku pro svoji frekvenci a posun do nižších věkových kategorií jsou bezpochyby jedním z dominantních problémů současné onkochirurgie. Precizní a včasná diagnostika u pacientů s minimálními obtížemi je základní podmínkou úspěšné léčby. Autoři prezentují systémovou péči o pacienty s touto závažnou diagnózou v podmínkách FNM.

Malignant tumours of the colon are, due to their frequency and shift to younger age groups, no doubt, one ofthe dominant problems of contemporary oncosurgery. Accurate and early diagnosis in patients with minimal complaints is the basic condition of successful treatment. The authors present an account of systemic care of patients with this serious diagnosis under conditions in the Faculty Hospital Motol.
