Mistakes in the Treatment of Psoriasis
Chyby v terapii psoriázy
Autor upozorňuje na některé chyby v diagnostice a léčbě psoriázy, které se týkají stadia, formya lokalizace choroby, nevhodných léčebných kombinací, fototerapie, přípravy léků magistrali-ter, přehlížení rotační, minutové, komplexní a preventivní péče a vzdělávání pacientů. Kritickyposuzuje alternativní léčebné metody. Konkretizuje chyby a uvádí správné postupy. Upozorňujena kompetentnost léčby psoriázy u praktických lékařů, ambulantních specialistů a ústavníchzařízení.

The author draws attention to some mistakes in the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis whichpertain to the stage, form and site of the disease, unsuitable therapeutic combinat ions,phototherapy, preparation of magistral medicines, omission of rotation, minute, comprehensiveand preventive care and patient education. He evaluates critically alternative therapeuticprocedures. He points to actual errors and mentions correct procedures. The author also drawsattention to the competence of treatment of psoriasis by general practitioners, ambulatoryspecialists and institutions.
