Ketoprofen v léčbě bolestí hlavy

Ketoprofen patří mezi nejlépe tolerovaná nesteroidní analgetika s periferním účinkem, máprotizánětlivé a analgetické účinky. Mezi nežádoucími účinky doprovázejícími používání ke-toprofenu jsou nejvíce zastoupeny známky dráždění trávicího ústrojí. Účinek léku na bolestihlavy jsme vyhodnotili u 16 nemocných s migrénou bez aury s velmi dobrým výsledkem.

Overview

Ketoprofen is one of the best tolerated non-steroid analgetics with a peripheral effect. It has anantiphlogistic and analgetic effect. Undesirable effects associated with the use of ketoprofeninclude in particular signs of gastrointestinal irritation.In 1996 authors tested the effect of ketoprofen on cephalgia in 16 patients suffering frommigraine without aura and obtained very good results.
