Autor se zabývá problémem diagnostiky Alzheimerovy choroby. Klinický obraz demence seskládá z řady psychických poruch; jsou to poruchy gnostické, poruchy chování, myšlení, náladya osobnosti a také sekundární poruchy jako reakce na rozvíjející se poruchu.
