Can We Achieve Active Collaboration of the Patient in the Treatment of Overweight?
Lze se dopracovat k aktivní spolupráci pacienta při léčbě nadváhy?
V přístupu k pacientům s nadváhou se můžeme držet klasického interakčního schématu dominance-submise. Výsledky takto pojaté léčby nepřinášejí příliš mnoho lékařovy spokojenos- ti. Autorka nabízí na psychologické problémy u léčby pacientů s nadváhou přístup transakční analýzy s možností, jak být jako lékař těchto pacientů sám více spokojený.

In the approach to overweight patients we can adhere to the classical interaction pattern dominance-submission. The results of thus conceived treatment do not satisfy doctors very much. The author offers for psychological problems in the treatment of overweight patients the approach of transaction analysis which gives doctors of these patients more satisfaction.
