Forenzní případy zdánlivé zadušení uškrcením

Mnohá vnější zranění krku se mohou často jevit jako zadušení uškrcením. Tato podobnost bymohla vést k chybám nebo nadhodocení těchto nálezů, které by byly považovány za násilná úmrtí.Tudíž omezí-li se práce soudního lékaře na vnější vyšetření mrtvoly, závěry mohou být uavádějícínebo nesprávné.V předložené práci autor demonstruje čtyři případy zdánlivého zadušení uškrcením. U všech bylyprovedeny pitvy a doplněny o mikroskopické a toxikologické vyšetření.Během pitvy byly zjištěny různé příčiny smrti jiné než původně podezíraná.

Overview

Many external injuries on the neck can often simulate ligature strangulation. This similaritycould lead to mistakes or overestimation of these findings and consider them as violent deaths.Therefore, when the work of the forensic pathologist is to limit the external examination of body,the conclusions can be mistaken or wrong.In the present article four cases of apparent ligature strangulation are showed. All the autopsieswere performed and completed with microscopical and toxicological examinations.During necropsic examination different causes of death, other than the initial suspected, werediscobered.
