Dermatomyozitida
Dermatomyozitida je poměrně vzácná zánětlivá myopatie postihující děti i dospělé. Znalost jejích charakteristických kožních manifestací je pro dermatology obzvlášť důležitá, neboť ty mohou předcházet vzniku svalové slabosti. Tento přehledný článek shrnuje klasifikaci dermatomyozitidy, diagnostická kritéria, patogenezi onemocnění, klinické a histopatologické nálezy a rovněž současná terapeutická doporučení.

Dermatomyositis is relatively rare inflammatory myopathy affecting both children and adults.Knowledge of its characteristic skin manifestations is particularly important to dermatologists, because they can precede the onset of muscle weakness. This review summarizes classification ofdermatomyositis, diagnostic criteria, disease pathogenesis, clinical and histopathological findingsas well as current therapeutical recommendations.
