Our Experience with the Use of TranexamicAcid during Surgical Treatment of Patients with Anticoagulant Therapy
Naše zkušenosti s využitím kyselinytranexamové při chirurgickém ošetřovánípacientů s antikoagulační terapií
Autoři ve svém sdělení předkládají předběžné výsledky své studie o možnostech využitíkyseliny tranexamové v prevenci poextrakčního krvácení u nemocných užívajících perorálníantikoagulancia bez předchozího snížení této léčby. Metoda se zdá být při hladině antikoagulační terapie do 3,0 NTP relativně bezpečnou, jednoduchou a levnou alternativou ošetření ránytkáňovými lepidly.

The authors submit preliminary results of their investigation of the possible useof trenexamic acid in the prevention of postextraction haemorrhage in patients taking oralanticoagulants without previous reduction of this treatment. The method seems to be a relatively safe, simple and cheap alternative at a level of antocoagulant treatment up to 3.0 NTP totreatment of the wound by tissue glues.
