Leukocytic Elastase andits Inhibition in Some Tissues of the Oral Cavity
Leukocytární elastáza a její inhibicev některých tkáních dutiny ústní
Ve tkáních odebraných z ústní dutiny byla stanovena aktivita leukocytární elastázy (LE)pomocí originálního substátu (Suc-Ala-Ala-Pro-Ala-MCU). Vzorky tkání, ve kterých byla mě-řitelná LE aktivita byly inkubovány s inhibitorem Suc-Lys(Lau-Ala)-Ala-Ala-Pro-NHiBu, který prokázal významnou inhibiční schopnost u tkání s různým stupněm zánětu.

The authors assessed in tissues taken from the oral cavity the activity ofleukocytic elastase (LE) using an original substrate (Suc-Ala-Ala-Pro-Ala-MCU). Tissue specimens with a measurable LE activity were incubated with the inhibitor of Suc-Lys(Lau-Ala)-Ala-Ala-Pro-NHiBu which has a significant inhibitory activity in tissues with different gradesof inflammation.
