Hladiny leptinu u pacientek s restriktivnía purgativní formou mentální anorexie

Mentální anorexie je onemocnění velmi často s chronickým průběhem. Podle typu poruchy příjmupotravy se mentální anorexie dělí na typ restriktivní, pro který je charakteristické výrazné omezování příjmu potravya typ purgativní typ, kde je typické střídání hladovění s epizodami přejídání s uměle vyvolaným zvracením.Metody a výsledky. Cílem této studie bylo porovnání sérových koncentrací adipocytárního hormonu leptinu, hladincholesterolu, triacylglycerolů, tělesné hmotnosti, body mass indexu a poměru sérových koncentrací leptinu k bodymass indexu u pacientek s restriktivní a purgativní formou mentální anorexie. Background.
Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder with typically chronic course. Two subtypes of anorexia nervosahave been described based on the pattern of eating behavior. Restrictive form of anorexia nervosa is characterizedby chronically decreased food intake, while the purgative subtype typically consists of alternating episodes of fastingand overnutrition with factitious vomiting.Methods and Results.
