Natrium Nitrosum Intoxication in a Newborn
Otrava novorozence dusitanem sodným
Intoxikace dusitany bývá spojena především s následně vzniklou methemoglobinémií. Kromě methemoglobinémiezpůsobují dusitany i další patologické stavy. Při léčbě methemoglobinémie toluidinovou modří se mohou vyskytnoutnežádoucí účinky. Otrava novorozence po intoxikaci matky-rodičky dusitanem sodným před porodem nebyla dosudpopsána. Předkládáme vlastní pozorování.

Natrium nitrosum intoxication is usually associated with a subsequent methemoglobinemia. Beside it, nitrates cancause also some other pathological states. Treatment with the toluidine blue may have various adverse side effects.Newborn intoxication by natrium nitrosum developing after the intoxication of the bearing mother before theparturition has not been descried yet. Our own observation is referred.
