Cévní mozková příhoda – opomíjená hrozba pro diabetiky
Makrovaskulární komplikace diabetu jsou v současné době nejčastější příčinou morbidity a mortality diabetických pacientů.
Článek se zabývá problematikou ischemických cévních mozkových příhod s důrazem na význam intervence hlavních rizikových faktorů.

Overview
At present, macrovascular complications of diabetes mellitus are the most frequent cause of morbidity and mortality in patients down with diabetes. Dealt with in the article are the problems of cerebral vascular events with stress on the importance of intervention against risk factors.
