Co-incidence of ischemic disease of peripheral blood vessels and ischemic heart disease
Koincidence ischemické choroby periferních cév a ischemické choroby srdeční
V ordinacích praktických lékařů zaujímají kardiovaskulární nemoci podstatnou část ordinační doby. Na třech případech pacientů prezentuje autor typickou kumulaci ovlivnitelných a neovlivnitelných rizikových faktorů kardiovaskulárních onemocnění. Ukázána byla nápadná koincidence ischemické choroby dolních končetin s ischemickou chorobou srdeční v čase. Sekundární prevence je stěžejním úkolem.
Klíčová slova:
ischemická choroba periferních cév – ischemická choroba srdeční – koronarografie – sekundární prevence – rizikové faktory.

Overview
In the office of general practitioners cardiovascular diseases occupy a substantial part of the office hours. A typical accumulation of influenced and un-influenced risk factors of cardiovascular diseases is presented in three patients. Pointed out is the marked co-incidence of ischemic disease in the lower extremities and of ischemic heart disease in time. Secondary prevention is the main task.
Key words:
ischemic disease in peripheral vessels – ischemic heart disease – coronography – secondary prevention – risk factor.
