Diagnostika funkčních obtíží trávicího systému
Autoři seznamují české čtenáře s diagnostickými kritérii gastrointestinálních funkčních poruch, která jsou známá jako Římská kritéria z roku 2000. Porovnávají je s dosud používanými diagnostickými postupy vypracovanými nestorem české gastroenterologie profesorem Mařatkou.

Overview
The authors familiarise Czech readers with the diagnostic criteria of functional gastrointestinal disorders which are known as Rome two (A.D.2000). They compare these criteria with the Czech diagnostic system elaborated by the nestor of Czech gastroenterology professor Mafiatka, and which is still in use.
