Inborn anomalies of the coronary arteries: three case reports
Vrozené anomálie koronárních tepen: tři kazuistiky
V našem sdělení popisujeme kazuistiky tří pacientů katetrizovaných v naší laboratoři, u kterých jsme diagnostikovali různé formy vrozených anomálií koronárních tepen. V úvodu popisujeme anatomii koronárního řečiště u známých anomálií a jejich klasifikaci a klinický význam. V diskusi rozvádíme možnosti diagnostiky těchto stavů invazivními a neinvazivními metodami a zmiňujeme terapeutické postupy u symptomatických nemocných.
Klíčová slova:
anomálie koronárních tepen – koronarografie – ischémie myokardu.
