Internistic aspects of combined hormonal contraception
Interní aspekty hormonální antikoncepce
Souborný referát přináší přehled hormonální antikoncepce, jednak kombinované, jednak gestagenní. Zaměřuje se především na kontraindikace jednotlivých antikoncepčních metod, jejich příznivé a nepříznivé účinky. Upozorňuje na význam informace o tom, jakou žena užívá antikoncepci, pro praktického lékaře a na důsledky, které užívání antikoncepce má na diagnostiku a terapii nemocné ženy.

Overview
Presented is a review of hormonal contraception, on the one hand combined, and gestagenic on the other. Focus is on contraindications to each of the contraception methods, their favorable as well as unfavorable effects. Pointed out is the importance for the general practitioner, of information about what kind of contraception a woman is using and what consequences the use of contraception has on diagnostics and treatment in such an ill patient.
