Pocet pacientu s akutnim krvacenim do traviciho ustroji navzdory ticinne konzervativni terapii neklesa. Pacienti profituji z pokroku v endoskopicke diagnostice a 1666, prinosem jsou i kvalitnejsi leky. Clanek podava prehled souboru pacientu osetrovanych pro krvaceni do traviciho ustroji ve FNM v Praze, do nehoz zahrnuli i ostatni priciny krvaceni nez pouze krvaceni zpusobene peptickym vredem, i kdyz ten byl nejcastejsi pficinou.

Overview

The number of patients with acute haemorrhage into the digestive tract does not decline despite conservative treatment. Patients profit from advances in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment, an advantage are also better quality drugs. The article is a review of a group of patients treated on account of haemorrhage into the GIT in the Motol Faculty Hospital in Prague. They included also other causes of haemorrhage than that caused by peptic ulcers, although the latter was the most frequent cause.
