Stanovisko osob s postiženímk bioetice a k lidským právům(aneb Jak učit lékařskou etiku)

Mezinárodní sdružení osob s postižením (DPI), organizace zabývající se ochranou práv těchtoosob a podporou jejich plného a rovnocenného uplatnění ve společnosti, vydalo stanoviskoo bioetice a lidských právech s názvem: „Osoby s postižením mluví o nové genetice“. Text tohotoprohlášení je komentován v rámci širšího pohledu na současnou „bioetickou“ arénu. Pozornostje pak věnována především požadavku DPI na všeobsahující program školení všech zdravotnickýcha sociálních pracovníků z pohledu rovnosti postižených. Otázky, jak vyučovat lékařskouetiku v tomto kontextu, jsou podrobně diskutovány.

Disabled People International (DPI), human rights organisation committed to the protection ofdisabled people’s rights and the promotion of their full and equal participation in society, hasrecently produced a position statement on bioethics and human rights - „Disabled People Speakon the NewGenetics“.The text is commented within the broader aspects of the present bioethicsarena. The DPI demand, dealing with the necessity of a comprehensive programme of trainingfor all health and social care professionals from a disability equality perspective, is stressed.Some views and remarks concerning the basis on which teaching of medical ethics should bebuilt are also discussed.
