Text se zabývá používánímembryonálních buněk v technikách klonování a klonováním lidskýchbytostí. Odkazuje na dodatkový protokol k Úmluvě o lidských právech a důstojnosti lidskébytosti v souvislosti s aplikací biologie a medicíny - o zákazu klonování lidských bytostí.Varujepřed soucitným humanitarismem, který může vést ke zničení veškeré humanity, a navrhuje,aby se zákaz týkal i používání embryonálních buněk v technikách klonování.

Overview

The text is devoted to the use of embryonic cells in cloning techniques and to the cloning ofhuman beings. The additional protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rightsand Dignity of the Human Being with regard to the application of biology and medicine, on theprohibition of cloning human beings is discussed. The risk of compassionate humanitarianismis pointed out. Itmay lead to the destruction of all humanity. The prohibition should encompassthe ban of the use of embryonic cells in cloning techniques as well.
