Sérologické testy vhodné pro laboratorní diagnózu spalničkové infekce
Spalničkovou infekci lze diagnostikovat sérologicky:
1. průkazem specifických spalničkových protilátek třídy IgM, nebo 2. stanovením signifikantního vzestupu koncentrace celkových specifických spalničkových imunoglobulinů mezi párovými séry, sérem akutním a rekonvalescentním.
Klíčová slova:
spalničková infekce - laboratorní diagnostika - sérologie.
