Dissection of the Aorta in a Dialyzed Patients
Disekce aorty u dialyzovaného pacienta
Dialyzovaní pacienti myjí řadu rizikových faktorů pro kardiovaskulární onemocnění, která jsou u nich častější a s horším průběhem než v běžné populaci. Disekce aorty je jednou z možných komplikací a může se projevovat atypickými bolestmi břicha. Většinou bývá nejprve pomýšleno na jiné obvyklejší příčiny bolesti (biliární kolika, akutní pankreatitida, žaludečnf vřed a infarkt myokardu). Ke stanovení diagnózy disekce a jejího rozsahu je nutné CT, magnetická rezonance, transezofageální echo a event. aortografie.

Dialyzed patients have a number of risk factors for cařdiovascular diseases encountered in these patients more frequently and with a more adverse course than in the general population. Dissection of the aorta is one of the possible complications and may be manifested by atypical abdominal psin. Usually at first other more common causes of psin are considered (biliary colic, acute pancreatitis, gastric ulcer and myocardial infarction). To assess the diagnosis of dissection of the aorta and its extent CT, magnetic resonance, transcesophageal echo and possibly aortography are necessary.
