Nutriční kompenzace u dětí předškolního věku

Autoři předkládají výsledky suplementace dětské stravy s použitím preparátu s obsahem aminokyselin, polypeptidů a nukleotidů s vyšším obsahem železa a zinku. Významný obsah nukleotidů byl předpokladem ovlivnění imunitních mechanismů specifické i nespecifické imunity s odrazem na sníženou nemocnost dětí, u kterých byl podáván preparát, oproti dětem ovlivňovaným placebem. Byly sledovány faktory sekreční imunity a významné nálezy byly zjištěny především v hodnotách sekrečního indexu (poměr SIgA a albuminu) a ve frekvenci nízkých hodnot albuminu u dětí ovlivněných aktivní substancí. U suplementovaných dětí byla zjištěna statisticky významná nižší frekvence onemocnění i kratší doba onemocnění. Výsledky jsou diskutovány především ve vztahu k novým aspektům suplementace rizikových skupin populace.

Overview

The authors submit the results of supplementation of the child population with a preparation containing amino acids, polypeptides and nucleotides with an increased iron and zinc content. A significant and non-specific immunity with an impact on reduced morbidity of children to whom the preparation was administered, as compared with children on placebo. The authors investigated factors of secretory immunity and significant findings were revealed in particular in values of the secretory index (ratio of SIgA and albumin) and in the frequency of low albumin values in children influenced by the active substance. In supplemented children a significantly lower frequency of diseases and shorter periods of morbidity were recorded. The results are discussed in particular in relation to new aspects of supplementation of population groups at risk.
