Zkušenosti s malárií na Infekčníklinice FN v Plzni
Autoři popisují 11 případů onemocnění malárií na Infekční klinice FN v Plzni u hospitalizova-ných v průběhu 15 let. Je podán přehled typů malarických plazmodií u jednotlivých nemocných,místa nákazy a použitá léčba i profylaxe. Zdůrazněna je nutnost včasné a správné diagnózya brzkého zahájení adekvátní léčby.

They give an accopunt of different typesof Plasmodia in different patients, the site of infection and applied treatment or prophylaxis.The authors emphasize the necessity of early and correct diagnosis and early initiation ofadequate treatment.
