Možnosti využití kvantitativníchtestů jaterní funkce

Především vzhledem k rozvoji jaterní chirurgie se objevila nutnost přesnějšího, kvantitativníhovyjádření funkčního stavu jater. Autoři v článku seznamují s testy s indocyaninovou zelení,lidokainovým testem, MEGX-testem, testem tvorby mono-etyl-glycin-xylididu, aminopyrino-vým dechovým testem, galaktózovým eliminačním testem a zároveň uvádějí další možnostivyužití kvantitativních testů jaterní funkce.

As a result of the development of hepatic surgery the necessity arose of more accurate,quantitative assessment of the functional state of the liver. The authors provide informationon tests with indocyanin green, the lidocaine test, MEGX-test the test of mono-ethyl-glycine-xylidide formation test, the aminopyrine breath test, the galactose elimination test and mentionalso other possible quantitative liver function tests.
