Vesicorenal Reflux in a Neonate
Vezikorenálny reflux u novorodenca
Pri novorodeneckom ultrasonografickom skríningu urogenitálneho systému je najčastejším nálezom hydro-nefróza. Asi 10 - 25 % z celkového počtu dilatácií vývodných močových ciest je spôsobených vezikorenálnymrefluxom (VUR). Deti s prenatálnym VUR predstavujú osobitnú skupinu, kde sa klinická charakteristika i pro-gnóza odlišujú od refluxu zisteného vo vyššom veku. V práci uvádzame súčasné názory na etiopatogenézu,diagnostiku a liečbu VUR u novorodenca.

Hydronephrosis is the most common finding of neonatal ultrasonographic screening of the urogenital system.About 10 - 25 % of the total number of these cases are caused by vesicoureteral reflux (V UR). In the spectrum ofVUR neonates form a separate group. The clinical findings, prognosis and therapy differs from that diagnosed inolder children. The authors present current views on problems concerning neonatal VUR.
