Uštknutí zmijí?

8,5letá dívka byla v létě při doskoku v trávě kousnuta do meziprstního prostoru nohy neznámým živočichem.Během prvních hodin po této příhodě se rozvinula těžká lokální hemoragická a systémová reakce. Příznakypřipomínaly klinické projevy po uštknutí zmijí. I když riziko otravy zmijím jedem je v laické veřejnosti dobřeznámo, nástin jeho klinického průběhu, současných možností a indikací léčby může být poučný i pro zkušenélékaře.

Overview

An 8 1/2 year-old girl was in summer after jumping in grass bitten by an unknown animal in the interdigitalspace of the foot. In the first hours after this accident, severe local haemorrhagical signs and systemic reactiondeveloped. The signs were reminiscent of the clinical course following a viper bite. Although the risk of viper biteis commonly well known by the lay public, the clinical picture, current possibilities and indications of therapy maybe of interest even to experienced physicians.
