Magnetická rezonance (MR)u revmatických chorob
Ve svém sdělení autoři uvádějí vlastní zkušenosti s diagnostikou revmatických onemocnění. Hlavnínáplň jejich vyšetřování tvoří pacienti s revmatoidní artritidou, myozitidou a degenerativnímionemocněními skeletu. MR má vzrůstající roli u revmatických chorob, zejména ve vysoké citlivostik detekci artropatie. Může též přispět k diferenciální diagnóze mezi artritidami (částečně je schopnaodlišit mezi psoriázou a revmatoidní artritidou) a dalšími akutními kloubními onemocněními jakoje aseptická nekróza, osteochondrální zlomeniny a tumory.

Overview
The authors present their own experience with the diagnosis of rheumatic diseases. The majorityof their patients suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, myositis and degenerative skeletal diseases. MRplays an increasingly important role in rheumatic diseases, in particular due to the high sensitivityin detection of arthropathies. It can also contribute to the differential diagnosis between differenttypes of arthritis (partly it can differentiate between psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis) and otheracute diseases of the joints such as aseptic necrosis, osteochondral fractures and tumours.
