Užití Aulinu® (nimesulide) v léčbě temporomandibulárních dysfunkcí

Autor předkládá studii léčebného účinku nimesulidu (Aulin®) při bolestech temporomandibulárního kloubu. Srovnává působení nimesulidu s účinkem dalších nesteroidních antiflogistik - analgetik (NSAID). Nimesulid se jeví jako výhodná terapeutická alternativa především u nemocných s chorobami žaludku a duodena (vředová choroba), nebo tam, kde již selhaly z různých příčin ostatní NSAID.

Overview

The author submits a study of the therapeutic effect of nimesulide (Aulin®) in pain of the temporomandibular joint. He compares the action of nimesulide with that of other non-steroid antiphlogistics - analgetics (NSAID). Nimesulide appears to be a useful therapeutic alternative in particular in patients with gastric and duodenal diseases (ulceration) or when for various reasons other NSAID failed.
