Rízená tkáňová regenerace parodontu a její místo v ortodontické léčbě

Kazuistika popisuje metodický postup ortodontické léčby fixním aparátem u dospělého pacienta s diastematem mezi horními středními řezáky a po provedené řízené tkáňové regeneraci parodontu. Řízená tkáňová regenerace se jeví jako jeden z možných terapeutických postupů u dospělých pacientů s diagnózou parodontitis. Po ukončení léčby fixním aparátem je nezbytná trvalá retence dosaženého stavu.

Summary:
The tase-history describes the methodical procedure of orthodontic treatment by a fixed device in an adult patient with a diastema between the upper middle incisors after guided tissue regeneration of the periodontium. Guided tissue regeneration is one of the possible therapeutic procedures in adult patients with the diagnosis of periodontitis. After termination of treatment with a fixed appliance permanent retention of the achieved state is essential.
