Dental Surgery of Medical Compromised Patientswith Nd:YAG, CO2 and Er:YAG Lasers
Stomatochirurgické výkony u medicínskykompromitovaných pacientů za použitíNd:YAG, CO2 a Er:YAG laseru
Autoři v práci zhodnotili význam a indikace použití laserů (Nd:
YAG, CO2 a Er:YAG) u me-dicínsky kompromitovaných pacientů po transplantacích orgánů, u nemocných při užití anti-koagulační a imunosupresivní terapie. U těchto pacientů prováděli výkony z oblasti chirurgieparodontologické, dentoalveolární a onkologické. Na podkladě získaných klinických zkušenostídošli k těmto závěrům: a) Nd:YAG laserem lze spolehlivě ošetřit celou řadu z obecně chirurgic-kého hlediska kontraindikovaných pacientů bez nutnosti další terapie; b) užití Er:YAG a CO2laseru je pro výše definovanou skupinu málo efektivní a vzhledem k účinnosti Nd:YAG laserunelze hodnotit metodu jako kompetitivní.

Authors evaluated indications and applications of Nd:
YAG, CO2 and Er:YAGlasers in treatment of medical compromised patients after transplantations, with anticoagula-tive and immunosuppressive medication. Authors managed periodontal, dentoalveolar andoncological surgical procedures. These conclusions are based on this experience: a) We can treatmany different patients with conventional surgical contraindications with Nd:YAG laser safelywithout additional medication; b) Er:YAG and CO2 lasers are for medical compromised patientsminimal effective compare to Nd:YAG laser without real competition.
