Profil a dynamika kognitivního výkonu při léčbě antidepresivy (Pilotní studie)

Depresivní onemocnění je často doprovázeno narušením kognitivních funkcí, tzv. kognitivním deficitem. Ukázalo se, že po úspěšné antidepresivní léčbě dochází k částečnému zlepšení kognitivního deficitu, nicméně i přesto zůstávají kognitivní funkce parciálně narušeny. Tato studie zjišťovala profil a dynamiku kognitivního výkonu u pacientů s depresivní poruchou. Výsledky naznačily pozitivní vliv antidepresivní léčby na kognitivní výkon. Ukázalo se rovněž, že reaktivita na léčbu může mít souvislost s dynamikou kognitivního deficitu.

Overview

Depressive disorder is frequently associated with cognitive deficit. There was presented partial improvement of cognitive deficit after antidepressant treatment. Certain impairment of cognitive functions outlasts. This study investigated the profile and dynamics of cognitive performance of patients with depressive disorder. The results indicated positive influence of antidepression treatment on cognitive performance. The treatment response may be asssociated with the dynamics of cognitive dysfunction.
