Predikcia účinnosti terapie hospitalizovanýchpsychicky chorých podľa neexplicitnýchpremenných (II. časť)

Vo výbere 61 hospitalizovaných probandov s depresívnou poruchou a ich korešpondujúcichterapeutov sa podľa metódy opísanej v prvej časti článku zistila pozitívna korelácia (meranáSpearmanovým koeficientom) neexplicitných odhadov terapeutického efektu pri skončení hospitalizácie.Potvrdzuje sa predpoklad o účasti neexplicitných premenných v diagnostických procesoch odborníkovaj v terapeutických ašpiráciach probandov.

In selection of 61 hospitalised probationers with depressive disorder and their therapeutistsaccording to methods from 1st part was identified positive correlation (measured by Spearmancoefficient) of non-explicit estimation of therapeutic effect before therapy and real therapeuticeffect in discharge. Trial has confirmed hypothesis about contribution of non-explicit variables indiagnostic processes of specialists and therapeutic ambition of probationers.
