General Models in the Contemporary Psychotherapy
Obecné modely současné psychoterapie
Souhrn:
Teoretické psychoterapeutické myšlení se dnes vyvíjí z velkého množství psychoterapeutickýchškol a systémů, z eklektické praxe a využívá zejména výzkumy účinných faktorů psychoterapie.Nejlépe je lze charakterizovat jako diferencované, syntetické, integrativní a přesahujícíjednotlivé směry a přístupy. Zmíněný vývoj pokračuje pokusy o vytvoření obecného modelu psychoterapie,který by byl východiskem pro modely speciálních psychoterapií, výzkum i pro praxi.Cílem takového modelu je zachytit vše, co je přítomno jako důležité pro navozování žádoucízměny u člověka ve všech psychoterapeutických přístupech bez rozdílu, a co se v praxi osvědčilo.Z obecných modelů je zmíněn generický model D. E. Orlinského a K. I. Howarda, Graweho kostka(autorem je K. Grawe) a rovnice psychoterapie.

Nowadays a theoretical psychotherapeutical thinking develops from the great amount of psychotherapeuticalapproaches and systems, from the eclectic practice and uses particularly the researchof the effective factors of the therapy. They can be characterized as differentiate,synthetic, integrative and as exceeding other approaches. The development in question goes onwith attempts of creating a general model of psychotherapy that could be a basis for models ofspecial psychotherapies, research and practice. The aim of such a model is to describe all that ispresent as important factor for inducing a desirable change of a human in all psychotherapeuticalapproaches and that was succesful in practice. Among general models we can mention thegeneric model of D. E. Orlinski and K. I. Howard, Grawe’s cube (the author is K. Grawe) and theequation of psychotherapy.
