Obsedantně kompulzivní porucha v dětství a adolescenci
Pro obsedantně kompulzivní poruchu jsou typické nutkavé myšlenky, představy, impulzya nutkavé chování vyvolávající úzkost, napětí, pocity viny a sociální maladaptaci. Nejčastějšímikomorbidními poruchami bývají tikové poruchy (včetně Tourettova syndromu) a afektivní poruchy (s varovnou možností suicidia). Kognitivněehaviorální terapie a SSRI antidepresiva jsouvysoce efektivní.

In obsessive compulsive disorders typical features include compulsive thoughts, ideas, impulsesand compulsive behaviour causing anxiety, tension, a feeling of guilt and social maladaptation.The most frequent comorbid disorders are tics (incl. Tourett’s syndrome) and affective disorders(with a warning of possible suicide). Cognitive behavioural treatment and SSRI antidepressantsare highly effective.
