Motivační terapie u poruch příjmů potravy II. Klinické ukázky a nástroje
Toto sdělení navazuje na článek [10], který se zabýval vývojem koncepce motivačníterapie, jejími indikacemi, srovnáním s ostatními terapeutickými přístupy a klinickým využitím.Cílem motivační terapie je rychlé zvýšení vnitřní motivace ke změně s ohledem na motivačnístadium, ve kterém se pacientka nachází, usnadnění spolupráce v dalších terapiích a zmenšenípočtu předčasně přerušených léčeb. Autoři v této části přinášejí praktické ukázky motivačníhorozhovoru s konkrétními ukázkami úskalí tohoto léčebného postupu z praxe.

The article is a continuation of a previous paper on motivational therapy. In the first part [10] thedevelopment of the concept of motivational therapy, its indications, comparison with other therapeutic methods and clinical use were described. The aim of motivational therapy is to increaserapidly the patient’s internal motivation for change, based on the actual motivational stage, tofacilitate the success of future treatment and reduce the number of drop outs. In this part, theauthors provide practical examples of motivational interviews, incl. examples of pitfalls of thisprocedure in clinical practice.
