Akutní farmakologická léčba psychotickédeprese
Autoři v úvodu přehledové práce charakterizují odlišnosti psychotické a nepsychotickédeprese. Podávají krátký přehled účinnosti tricyklických antidepresiv a klasických neuroleptikv léčbě psychotické deprese.Hlavní část práce je věnována přehledu použití amoxapinu, selektivních inhibitorů zpětnéhovychytávání serotoninu a atypických neuroleptik v léčbě depresivní poruchy s psychotickými pří-znaky. Přes metodologická omezení uváděných studií autoři usuzují, že tyto látky získají svémísto v léčbě psychotické deprese díky své účinnosti a nižšímu výskytu nežádoucích účinků.

In the submitted review the authors characterize the differences of psychotic and non-psychoticdepression. They give a brief account of the effectiveness of tricyclic antidepressants and classi-cal neuroleptics in the treatment of psychotic depression. The main part of the paper is devotedto a review on the use of amoxapine, selective inhibitors of the serotonin re-uptake and atypicalneuroleptics in acute treatment of depressive disorders with psychotic symptoms. Despite metho-dological limitations of the mentioned studies the authors conclude that these preparations aregaining their place in the treatment of psychotic depression.
