Studium směsných suchých pojiv z přímo lisovatelných laktos a mikrokrystalickécelulosy

V práci byla hodnocena lisovatelnost směsných suchých pojiv připravených v poměrech 3:
1, 1:1 a 1:3z Pharmatosy DCL 15, DCL 21 a Avicelu PH-200. Dále se hodnotila citlivost směsí na přídavekmazadla stearanu hořečnatého z hlediska ovlivnění pevnosti tablet. Nejvýhodnější se ukázaly býtsměsi laktos s Avicelem PH-200 v poměru 3:1. Pevnosti tablet z těchto směsí se pohybovaly v optimálnímrozmezí a byla u nich prokázána nejmenší citlivost na přídavek mazadla. Zvýšení koncentracestearanu nevedlo k výraznému poklesu pevnosti výlisků. Pharmatosa DCL 21 poskytovala vesměsi s Avicelem PH-200 pevnější výlisky při nižší lisovací síle než Pharmatosa DCL 15.

The paper evaluated the compressibility of dry binders prepared in the ratios of 3:
1, 1:1, and 1:3from Pharmatosa DCL 15 and DCL 21 and Avicel PH 200, and the sensitivity of the mixtures to anaddition of the lubricant magnesium stearate from the standpoint of the effect on the strength oftablets. Mixtures of lactoses with Avicel PH -200 in a ratio of 3:1 proved to be most advantageous.The strengths of tablets made of these mixtures oscillated in the optimal range and they showedthe least sensitivity to the added lubricant. An increase in stearate concentration did not result ina marked decrease in the strength of compacts. Pharmatosa DCL 21 in a mixture with AvicelPH 200 yielded stronger compacts at lower compression force than Pharmatosa DCL 15.
