Swan-Ganz Catheter-induced Pulmonary Artery Rupture during Cardiac Surgery
Poranění plicní tepny způsobené plicnicovýmkatétrem v průběhu srdeční operace
V kazuistickém sdělení autoři popisují osobní zkušenost s poraněním plicní tepny způsobené plicnicovým katétrem, kterési vyžádalo plicní resekci. Dále se zabývají možnými mechanismy poranění plicní tepny a možnostmi léčby této komplikacese zaměřením na nemocné podstupující kardiochirurgický výkon.

The authors present the case report of Swan-Ganz catheter-induced pulmonary artery perforation during cardiac surgery,which wassuccessfully treated by pulmonary resection.Theyanalyzemechanismof catheter-induced injury and therapeuticoptions of this rare but often fatal complication with regard to patients undergoing cardiac surgery.
